New Hampshire State law allows a licenced medical provider to certify that a patient has a qualifying medical condition. The required Written Certification is not intended to be a prescription or medical recommendation for the therapeutic use of cannabis.

A certification is completed for submission to the State of New Hampshire after completing a physical evaluation and review of records

The state application process takes up to 20 calendar days from the date a complete application is received by the Therapeutic Cannabis Program.

You will then use your Registry Identification Card to receive services from your designated Alternative Treatment Center.
